Ingredients

  • 500 g extra lean ground beef
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 as needed olive oil spray
  • 1 lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg white, finely chopped parsley, oregano, cumin, and lemon zest.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
