  • 4 large Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes

Directions

In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
