  • 1 spray Olive oil spray
  • 350 milliliters Low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, whole wheat breadcrumbs, egg whites, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Ensure they are flat and even to cook uniformly.

Step 3

Spray a non-stick skillet lightly with olive oil and heat over medium heat.

Cook the beef patties in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
