  • 400 grams Canned diced tomatoes (no-salt-added)
  • 1200 milliliters Low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
