Ingredients

  • 500 grams Lean ground beef (95% lean)
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 0.5 cup, finely chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until well blended.

Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
