  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently and form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
