Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium-sized bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, non-fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until fully combined.
