Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cheese tortellini
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil

  • 800 grams Canned crushed tomatoes

  • 120 milliliters Vegetable broth

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
