  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (low-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0 Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

Rub this spice mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
