Ingredients

  • 1 Whole wheat bagel
  • 6 large Egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons Skim milk
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Spinach
  • 1 stalk Green onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 spray Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Slice the whole wheat bagel in half and set aside.

Step 2

Chop cherry tomatoes into quarters. Chop the green onions finely and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and skim milk until frothy. Add salt and black pepper.
