Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey, lean
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 Whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 cup Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium heat.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
