  • 4 large Eggs
  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers

  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Cook the low-fat bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove and chop them into small pieces.
