Ingredients

  • 2 piece Whole wheat sandwich thins
  • 2 slice Turkey bacon
  • 4 tablespoons Egg whites
  • 2 slice Reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 spray Nonstick cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup Baby spinach
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon slices to the skillet and cook them for 3-4 minutes per side or until they are crispy and thoroughly cooked. Once done, remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the egg whites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally until the egg whites are fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet.

Lightly toast the whole wheat sandwich thins in a toaster until they are warm and slightly crispy.
