  • 1 piece Whole wheat English muffin
  • 1 slice Turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs worth Egg whites
  • 1 slice Low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 spritz Olive oil cooking spray
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Split the English muffin in half and place both halves directly on the middle rack of the oven. Toast for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3

While the muffin is toasting, spray a non-stick skillet with olive oil cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Add the slice of turkey bacon to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
