Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch Whole wheat pie crust
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 medium Large onion
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat milk
  • 1 cup Low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the whole wheat pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set it aside.

Chop the turkey bacon into small pieces.

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
