  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 2 slices Reduced-fat turkey bacon

  • 1 spray Olive oil cooking spray
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.

Add the slices of turkey bacon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
