Ingredients

  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Skim milk

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 small Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.

Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towels, and then chop into small pieces.
