  • 3 whole Scotch Bonnet peppers
  • 6 stalks Green onions

  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme

  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by wearing gloves and carefully removing the stems and seeds from the Scotch Bonnet peppers. Roughly chop the peppers.

Trim the ends of the green onions and chop them into smaller pieces.
