Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Low-fat shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends. Cut the asparagus spears into 1-inch pieces.

Heat a nonstick, oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or lightly spray with cooking spray.

Sauté the diced onion and red bell pepper in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened.
