Ingredients

  • 4 cups, thinly sliced Napa cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon, toasted Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon, freshly grated Ginger
  • 1 clove, minced Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced Napa cabbage, red bell pepper, julienned carrot, sliced cucumber, chopped green onions, and cooked edamame beans. Toss gently to mix the vegetables together.

Step 2
