  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Begin by preparing the vegetables. Finely dice the red bell pepper, carrot, and water chestnuts. Thinly slice the green onions, and mince the garlic cloves.
