Ingredients

  • 3 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 4 small Radishes
  • 0.5 bunch Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables and herbs thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Dice the cucumbers into small cubes and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Core and chop the tomatoes into small chunks, adding them to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Step 4

Finely dice the red onion and add it to the salad bowl.
