  • 6 sheets Phyllo dough sheets
  • 4 ounces Low-fat cream cheese

  • 4 whole Fresh apricots
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Cold water
  • 0 Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine low-fat cream cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Wash and pit the fresh apricots, then slice them thinly.
