  • 3 large Egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
  • 0.75 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.75 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cups Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 medium Apples (peeled, cored, and finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper for easier removal.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
