  • 500 grams Lean ground pork
  • 1 large Apples
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 medium Garlic cloves

  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and core the apple, then grate it using a box grater into a large mixing bowl.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl with the grated apple.
