  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish) Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
