  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Green chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the tomatoes, green chili, and ginger.

Step 3

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter.

Add the chopped ginger and green chili. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
