Ingredients

  • 2 cans (155g each) 555 Tuna in Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 medium, chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 medium, cut into strips Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium, cut into strips Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium, sliced Carrot
  • 0.5 cup Green Peas
  • 1 medium, cut into cubes Potato
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Drain the 555 Tuna in Water and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 4

Add the chopped onion and continue to sauté until it becomes translucent, approximately 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce and fish sauce, and season with salt and black pepper.
