Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat, unsweetened)
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel the cucumber and grate it using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Set the cucumber aside.

Step 2

Finely mince the garlic cloves or use a garlic press. Chop the fresh dill finely as well.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and chopped dill.
