  • 1 medium head Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups White cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Dry mustard powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish and set aside.
