  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium, sliced into wedges lime

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the diced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
