  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them until fully cooked, then transfer to a plate and set aside.
