Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix ground flaxseed with 5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes to create a flax egg.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the flax egg, melted vegan butter or coconut oil, and unsweetened almond milk until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
On a sheet of parchment paper, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
