  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 8 leaves Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 1 whole Avocado, diced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
