Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef (80% lean)
  • 60 grams Almond flour
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, eggs, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 4

Place the patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.

Step 5

Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until the patties are browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).

Step 6

Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 7

Serve hot with your choice of low-carb accompaniments, such as avocado slices, a green salad, or cauliflower rice.
