Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Low-carb tortellini (store-bought or homemade)

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the low-carb tortellini according to the package instructions (usually 3–5 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.
