Ingredients

  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces romaine lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 2

Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces with a spatula.

Step 3

Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and well-coated with the spices. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4

Place one low-carb tortilla on a flat surface. Lay a lettuce leaf in the center of the tortilla to make a base.

Step 5
