  • 1 small Green chili, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, beans, peas, and bell peppers), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garam masala
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and bay leaf. Sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
