Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 stalks Green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Using a spiralizer, create noodle-like strands from the sweet potatoes and set them aside.
