  • 1 tbsp Avocado or olive oil
  • 6 Low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Fresh lime wedges

Directions

Step 1
