Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare the vegetables: cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, slice the zucchini into thin half-moons, deseed and slice the red bell pepper into strips, and slice the mushrooms.

Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
