  • 1 medium Zucchini (sliced into half-moons)
  • 100 grams Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for cooking)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well and let the beef marinate for 15 minutes.
