Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 300 grams green beans
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.25 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Trim the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash the green beans, trim the ends, and cut them into 2-inch pieces.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and ginger.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, and xanthan gum. Stir well to combine and set aside.
