  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Optional vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, snap peas, or zucchini)

Directions

Step 1

1. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets.

Step 2

2. Dice the garlic and grate the ginger. Chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

Step 3

3. If using optional vegetables, chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 4

4. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 5

5. Add the garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
