Ingredients

  • 450 grams Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 6 stalks Green onions (scallions, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil (or another neutral oil, for cooking)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel for better browning.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.

Pour the marinade over the beef slices, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
