  • 500 grams Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cups Water

  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions

Step 1

Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut larger Brussels sprouts in half for even cooking, if necessary.
