Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Chili powder

  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Low carb flatbread or tortilla
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.25 cup Pickled jalapeños

Directions

Step 1

Season the ribeye steak on both sides with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired doneness.
