Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (full-fat, unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1 small Jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Rub the steak with olive oil and coat evenly with the spice mixture. Set aside to marinate while preparing other ingredients, at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust according to your desired doneness.
