  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 8 leaves Iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
