  • 2 medium Zucchini, spiralized into noodles
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, shredded (optional)
  • 2 cups Spinach leaves, fresh
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 Lime wedges
  • 0 to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
